My name is Martin Tomaszczyk and I’m currently a freelance web developer who enjoys working with fresh technology such as the CodeIgniter framework and the brilliant jQuery JavaScript library. lucidprocess is my online portfolio and blog, a place where I can try out code, designs and hopefully share useful information that I’ve gathered over the years.

In my spare time I enjoy web development, photography, mountain biking and wandering around London with friends. I enjoy most geeky things and have a rather unhealthily large collection of LEGO and a love for almost everything that Joss Whedon has produced especially Firefly.

I’ve had an interest in computers for a long time and have had a rather mixed career in the industry ranging from hardware technician to full-time developer. One of the first projects I worked on whilst still in secondary school was a website for a charity which I am still proud of today. Shortly after I got a job fixing and building computers at a local business which I thoroughly enjoyed. Following that I was lucky enough to secure an internship at Oracle Corporation where I mostly did PL/SQL programming and worked with wonderful people.
